John C. Lane

Mr. Lane founded the firm in 1997, and has over 45 years of experience in various fields of insurance defense and coverage, construction, admiralty and maritime, trucking, environment defense, and commercial litigation. He has extensive mediation and arbitration experience, as well as trial and appellate experience in a wide range of cases in all state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey.

Peter C. Bobchin

Mr. Bobchin joined the firm in 2000, becoming a Partner in 2002. He has over 25 years of experience in various fields of civil litigation, including transportation, construction defect, premises liability, professional malpractice, PIP litigation, administrative law and appellate practice.  He is admitted in both state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey.  He has extensive trial, mediation and arbitration experience.

Jennifer joined the firm in 1998, and is instrumental in obtaining evidence by subpoena and other means, management of file documents and logs, and medical records, and preparation of litigation time lines, trial notebooks and trial exhibits.
